How do I search for available rooms?
Click the Online Reservation, fill in the date details and number of rooms required, then it will land on the online reservation server with complete details, you need to specify details and make appropriate selections.

You can make instant confirm reservation against 100 % payment through our online reservation page. You have option of either making payment through credit / debit card or internet banking.

Do I pay a cancellation fee?
Yes Goan Clove will charge a cancellation fee. However, the cancellation policy of the hotel may require that you cancel your booking well in advance. You will find the cancellation policies on the Home Page, with a link Refund / Cancellation Policy, kindly go through the same before confirming your booking.

The hotel will guarantee the reservation made though online booking. A booking confirmation number will be send to you once you make the advance payment.

How many rooms can I book in one reservation?
A maximum of 3 rooms for 1 BHK can be booked in one reservation. If you will need a group reservation for more than 3 rooms, please send an email to: booking@goanclove.com

Yes we do take bookings by telephone or email.
