Rates are per night per apartment not per person.

How do I search for available rooms? 
Reservation page will provide an availability section. Kindly go through Tariff page, for room rate and number of people accommodation per room. After giving details in the reservation form you will get list of rooms sorted by availability. You then select rooms you require, finally after giving personal details proceed by clicking “Submit” , a booking confirmation page with total charges and your details shall appear, and also the various type of convenient payment methods.

How do I pay the hotel bill? 
You pay the hotel directly either in cash or credit card if accepted.

Do I pay a cancellation fee? 
Yes Goan Clove will charge a cancellation fee. However, the cancellation policy of the hotel may require that you cancel your booking well in advance. You will find the cancellation policies on the Home Page, with a link Refund / Cancellation Policy, kindly go through the same before confirming your booking.

Is my reservation guaranteed? 
The hotel will guarantee the reservation made though online booking. A booking confirmation number will be send to you once you make the advance payment.

How many rooms can I book in one reservation? 
A maximum of 3 rooms for 1 BHK  can be booked in one reservation. If you will need a group reservation for more than 3 rooms, please send an email to: booking@goanclove.com

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email? 
Yes we do take bookings by telephone or email. But if you need assistance of any kind you can always call us on +91 9821042700 during office hours ( Indian Time Zone Morning 10 AM till 18.00 PM) or send an email to: booking@goanclove.com . Booking shall be guaranteed only after receiving the advance payment

Is this online booking is good for last-minute trips?  
We do recommend that you book at least 10 days before your projected arrival date, if this is not possible it would be best to make a call to us to make sure of your reservation. Kindly check the availability of rooms before making reservation.

Guests are requested to check in after 11:00 am on the day of the arrival and check out by 10:00 noon on the day of departure.
